Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received, we will do everything we can to make it right. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every wash.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment at any time prior to the technician's arrival.
- No cancellation fees apply if canceled more than 1 hour in advance.
- If you cancel after the technician has already arrived, a nominal service fee may apply.
We understand that plans change – just contact us via phone, text, or email to make adjustments.

Refund Eligibility
If a service was not performed to the standard you expected or was not completed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.
- Provide details and, if applicable, photos of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Re-Wash or Service Correction
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a free re-wash or service correction. We will promptly schedule a return visit at no extra cost.

Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, we may reschedule your appointment at no charge. If you choose to proceed despite the weather, refunds do not apply.

Missed Appointments
If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle or reach you, a missed service fee may apply. We will always try to contact you before taking action.

Payment Disputes
We encourage resolving disputes with our team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
